Flag Store in Auckland

Windblade, teardrop, custom, and advertising flags we print right here in Auckland. Built for NZ weather and supplied with all the hardware you need.

After a flag store in Auckland that knows what it's doing? Our crew in Swanson prints custom flags for businesses and events all over the region. Windblade feather flags fluttering outside your shop front. Teardrop flags lined up at a trade show. One-off custom designs for a special event. We make them all, and we make them to last.

There's something about flags that static signage just can't match. They move. Sounds simple, but that movement is exactly what makes heads turn. A sign on a wall blends into the streetscape after a while. A flag fluttering in the breeze? People look. Every time. Retailers, event organisers, sports clubs, tradies, they all use them because flags are visible, portable, and surprisingly affordable for the attention they pull in.

We print with dye-sublimation, which means the ink bonds into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. Colours come out rich and stay that way, even after weeks baking in the sun. The whole production happens at our Swanson workshop, so we're across every detail from the initial print through to final assembly.

One flag for your shopfront or twenty for a weekend festival. Same quality either way. We'll help you pick the right style for where it's going, match you with the correct base for your surface type, and give you straight-up advice on looking after them so you get your money's worth.

Why Choose Our Flag Store in Auckland

Made in Auckland

We produce our flags locally, not import them. That means we actually control what goes out the door and can help when you've got a specific requirement.

Built for NZ Weather

Flag fabrics and UV-resistant inks that handle what Auckland dishes out. Reinforced stitching too, because coastal wind is no joke.

Rich, Saturated Colours

Dye-sublimation printing pushes ink right into the fabric fibres. The result? Strong colour that stays vibrant weeks later, not washed-out pastels.

Complete Flag Systems

Poles, bases, ground spikes, cross bases. Everything you need so the flag goes up straight away. No running around sourcing parts.

Custom Sizes Available

Small counter-top flags for reception desks, big outdoor displays for events, and anything in between. Standard or custom dimensions, both fine.

Replacement Parts Stocked

Flags take a beating outside. When you need a fresh fabric panel, a new pole section, or a replacement base, we carry the parts so you're not buying a whole new system.

Frequently Asked Questions - Flag Store in Auckland

Four main types. Windblade flags (the feather-shaped ones that flutter in the breeze), teardrop flags with a tensioned curved shape, custom flags in whatever dimensions or shape you need, and advertising flags built for promo impact at retail and events.

Teardrop flags, hands down. The tensioned frame keeps them from collapsing or wrapping around the pole when it blows hard. Windblades look brilliant in lighter conditions with all that movement, but they struggle in strong gusts. If your site is exposed or coastal, go teardrop.

Depends where you're putting it. Ground spikes for grass and soft ground. Cross bases weighted with water or sand bags for hard surfaces. Drive-on bases you park a car tyre on for car parks. Wall-mount brackets for fixing to buildings. Tell us your setup and we'll recommend the right one.

You can. We make double-sided flags with a block-out layer between so there's zero show-through. Each side gets its own design. Single-sided flags show a mirror image on the reverse, which works fine for most situations.

Mainly 110gsm knitted polyester for single-sided work (prints beautifully and dries fast) or 115gsm block-out polyester for double-sided jobs. Both are UV-resistant and handle NZ conditions without falling apart.

Bring them in when there's a proper storm. For cleaning, hand-wash with lukewarm water and a bit of mild detergent, then air dry completely before storing. Roll them loosely, don't stuff them in a bag. And every now and then, give the pole mechanism a drop of lubricant on the rotating bits. Keeps everything turning smoothly.
