Commercial Vehicle Wraps

Get your commercial vehicles working as mobile ads. We wrap vans, utes, and trucks with business branding that holds up to daily use on Auckland roads.

Your work vehicles are already out there. Every day, driving past people who might need exactly what you do. But if the van is plain white with no branding? Nobody knows. Commercial vehicle wraps change that, and we've been doing this from our Auckland workshop long enough to know what actually gets results for trades and service businesses around the city.

What are Commercial Vehicle Wraps?

Here's the thing about commercial wraps. You pay once. Then every trip to a job, every delivery run, even sitting in traffic on the Northwestern, your vehicle is advertising. Compare that to Google Ads where the meter runs every single click. For businesses running multiple vehicles, fleet wrap programmes lock in a consistent look across the lot.

We wrap utes, vans, trucks, trailers, buses, and heavy commercial vehicles. Full wraps, partial wraps, logo and contact details, fleet packages, industry-specific layouts, bespoke graphic work. And we know the practical side too, because commercial vinyl needs to handle punishment that a personal car never sees. That means the right film for the job.

Trades, service companies, delivery outfits, and corporate fleets across Auckland come to Falcon Signs because our wraps handle real working conditions without falling apart or looking tired after six months.

When You Need Us

When You Need Commercial Vehicle Wraps

1

Trade Business Branding

Sparkies, plumbers, builders. You need your ute looking sharp on job sites and giving homeowners confidence before you even knock on the door.

2

Delivery Fleet Identity

Courier and logistics companies want customers to recognise the vehicle pulling into their driveway. Consistent branding builds that trust fast.

3

Service Company Vehicles

Cleaning crews, lawn care, pest control. When the branded van parks out front, the neighbours notice. That's free advertising right there.

4

Food Service Operations

Catering vans, food delivery vehicles, mobile food businesses. The wrap needs to make people hungry, basically. Eye-catching graphics that show off what you do.

5

Real Estate Agent Vehicles

Your car sits outside open homes all weekend. A sharp wrap reinforces your personal brand and agency identity to every person walking past.

6

Healthcare Mobile Services

Home healthcare, mobile medical, aged care. The vehicle needs to look trustworthy and put patients at ease before you walk through the door.

7

Security Patrol Vehicles

Authoritative, clearly identified patrol vehicles. Security branding needs to say 'don't mess about' without looking aggressive.

8

Contractor Equipment Branding

Construction, landscaping, equipment operators. Your ute and trailer parked on a building site is a billboard for every passing car and every neighbour.

9

Corporate Fleet Vehicles

Company cars and pool vehicles that need to reflect organisational standards. Clean, consistent, no excuses.

10

Franchise Compliance

Franchise operators dealing with brand guidelines that have to be followed to the letter. We match specs exactly so head office stays happy.

Our Process

Our Commercial Vehicle Wraps Process

01

Business Consultation

We sit down and talk about your business first. What industry, who your customers are, what vehicles you run, how they get used. Honestly, understanding these things shapes a better design than jumping straight to mockups.

02

Vehicle Assessment

Every vehicle is different. Panel layout, surface area, existing paint condition. A Hiace and a Ranger need different design approaches, and we figure that out before the design team touches anything.

03

Brand Integration

Got logos, colours, brand guidelines? We work those into the wrap design so it feels like a natural extension of your existing identity. No brand assets yet? Our design team can help build that too.

04

Design Development

Mockups go onto photos of your actual vehicle. We think about viewing angles, what people see in traffic versus parked at a job site, and where your phone number sits so someone three cars back can actually read it.

05

Material Selection

Commercial vehicles take a beating. We pick vinyl rated for it. Frequent washing, UV exposure, gravel roads, tools banging around. The film has to handle your vehicle's actual life, not a theoretical one.

06

Installation

Precision application with proper edge sealing and post-heating. We schedule around your operations because we know the vehicle earns money on the road, not in our workshop.

07

Quality Assurance

Before handover, we go over everything. Print quality, colour accuracy, adhesion, finish. If it's not right, it doesn't leave.

Why Choose Us

Why Choose Falcon Signs for Commercial Vehicle Wraps?

Non-Stop Brand Exposure

Driving to jobs, parked at customer sites, stuck in rush hour. Every moment on the road is advertising you didn't have to pay extra for.

One-Time Cost

No monthly ad spend, no renewal fees. Pay once and the wrap works for years. The cost per impression makes most other advertising look expensive.

Instant Credibility

A branded vehicle says established business. Customers feel better about letting you into their home when the van out front clearly belongs to a real company.

Paint Protection

The vinyl shields factory paint from stone chips, UV fade, and the general wear of a working life. Sell the vehicle later and the paint underneath is in noticeably better shape.

Stand Out From Competitors

When three plumbing vans are parked on the same street, the branded one gets remembered. Simple as that.

Removable When Needed

Rebranding? Selling the vehicle? Lease return? The wrap comes off cleanly and the paint stays intact underneath.

Frequently Asked Questions - Commercial Vehicle Wraps

Pretty much anything with panels. Utes, vans, trucks, trailers, buses, heavy vehicles. We've done small courier vans and large freight trucks and most things in between. Each one needs its own design approach because a graphic that works on a Hiace looks completely different on a flatbed.

They're built for it. Premium vinyl handles weather, daily washing, and the general punishment of commercial use. We've seen wraps hold up through years of trade work when they're installed properly and the owner doesn't take a high-pressure washer directly at the edges. Cheap vinyl from a dodgy operator? Different story entirely.

Absolutely, and honestly it's one of the best use cases. The wrap protects the lease vehicle's paint the entire time. At lease end, we remove it and the paintwork is in better condition than it would have been without it. Lease companies are generally fine with wraps for this exact reason.

At minimum: business name, logo, phone number, website. But here's what matters more than the list of elements. Can the person three cars behind you in traffic actually read your number? We design for real-world readability at driving speed, not for how it looks in a photo.

No. It does the opposite. The vinyl shields the paint from UV, chips, and scratches. When removed properly, the paint underneath is in preserved condition. We've removed wraps from five-year-old trade vehicles where the paint looked nearly new.

Wraps cover more surface area with printed graphics, photos, and complex designs that cut vinyl signwriting physically cannot achieve. You also get paint protection as a bonus. Signwriting has its place for simple text and logos, but for visual impact, wraps are a different league.

Yes. Partial wraps are popular with tradies. Doors, tailgate, bonnet, combined with vinyl lettering on the rest. Still makes a strong impression and costs less than full coverage. We'll recommend what makes sense for your vehicle and your budget.
