Signage in Te Atatu

We work with plenty of Peninsula village businesses along the Te Atatu Road shopping strip. The village has a community character that locals are protective of, and rightly so. We design shopfront signs, A-frames, and window graphics that are professional and visible while fitting the neighbourhood feel. Overdone signage gets noticed here for the wrong reasons.

The Peninsula is surrounded by the Waitemata Harbour and Henderson Creek, so salt spray is a constant. We use marine-grade aluminium composite panels, UV-laminated vinyl, and stainless-steel fixings for coastal installs here. These materials resist corrosion and fading despite the harbour exposure. We've watched cheaper materials fail on the Peninsula within six months, so we don't cut corners on substrate selection.

Yes. Te Atatu South's industrial precinct along McLeod Road and McIntyre Road is home to automotive services, engineering workshops, and logistics firms. We produce large fascia panels, warehouse identification signs, safety and wayfinding signage for these operations. Different materials than what we'd use on the Peninsula, different design approach, same quality standard.

About 15 minutes. Down through Henderson, onto the Northwestern Motorway, off at Te Atatu Road. That's it. Site visits and installations are simple to schedule, and for urgent jobs we can often do same-day consultations because the distance is so short.

That's actually one of our favourite briefs. The Peninsula community cares about its village atmosphere, and Auckland Council's signage rules reflect that. We design signs that work hard for your business while sitting comfortably in the streetscape. Clean typography, tasteful colour choices, proportionate sizing. Not oversized, not garish, not fighting the character of the street around it.
